About Trish

Hey there, gorgeous! Welcome to Barbell Pilates, a place to reinvigorate your fitness, develop strength, and achieve harmony between your workouts and your life. My background as a long-distance runner and former powerlifter left my body beat up over the years, until I discovered a smarter way to train using Pilates as my primary recovery tool. As your coach, I’ll teach you how to lift weights and feel empowered in the gym. As your Pilates teacher, I’ll show you how to balance out your training with a low-impact and refreshing approach to Pilates that leaves you feeling invigorated.
